Orders placed inside the Europe and the EU are the only ones covered by this policy. You should be informed of our shipping policies and procedures by reading this policy. You accept the terms outlined below by placing an order with this business.

 

AREA & SHIPPING PRICES

Every purchase made in Europe and the EU is entitled for a discount of 7 euros.

 

TRAVEL, HANDING, AND ORDER CUT OFF TIMES:

Packages normally spend 3 to 7 days in transit (Monday to Friday). The processing time for orders is two business days (Monday to Friday). We don't have a set deadline for orders (Central European Time).

 

Delivery Requirements

We use Packeta, DHL, Royal Mail, ESW, Hermes, PostNord, Bartolini, and Collis Perve to mail the items.

 

Damaged packages in transit

Please decline the items if you discover that a box has been damaged in transit and let our customer support know. To discuss the following steps if you were not present when the item was delivered, please get in touch with customer support.
